Abstract

The rapid digital transformation of vocational education institutions has increased the need to evaluate the effectiveness of information systems supporting administrative and instructional activities in non-formal learning environments. The Technology Acceptance Model was employed to examine how perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and facilitating conditions influence behavioral intention and actual system utilization among instructors and administrative personnel at LKP Karya Prima Kursus. Quantitative data were collected through a structured questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale to measure user perceptions of technological utility, accessibility, organizational support, and digital competency. Measurement items were adapted from validated behavioral technology frameworks and subsequently refined through expert validation and pilot testing to ensure the research instrument's construct validity, reliability, and clarity. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling was applied to evaluate latent constructs, analyze causal relationships, and determine the predictive relevance of organizational support toward sustained technology adoption behavior. The analytical results indicated that perceived usefulness significantly influenced behavioral intention, while institutional facilitating conditions strengthened the relationship between technology acceptance and the development of digital proficiency. Internal consistency and measurement reliability met the established thresholds, confirming that the proposed model adequately captured the interaction between cognitive perceptions and institutional support structures. The findings emphasize the importance of management support, technical infrastructure, and continuous training programs in fostering sustainable adoption of vocational information systems and improving digital competency within vocational education institutions.
